This privacy policy sets forth legally binding terms that govern the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines, Inc.’s (the ‘Association’) events, programs, and services (Services) pursuant to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulation, and related Issuances (‘Relevant Laws’)

    IMMAP follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

  5. To whom does the organization disclose your information?

    Law enforcement

    Under certain circumstances, the Organization may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
